don't say I didn't warn you!!

CLOSEUP HERE --->

so. *_* of course in A Dance With Dragon my favourite storyline was Theon's. That's no mistery: i've always loved him as a character and his storyline and I'm a big Greyjoy supporter.
So, it's natural I LOVED his chapters, so heartbreaking <3<3 And of course I became a great Theon/Jeyne supporter. XD

So, Canon scene from A dance with dragon: theon and Jeyne attempting escape from winterfell.

Photoshop and long hours of work!

I've never liked Theon, and absolutely hated him when he raided Winterfell; from that point I just wanted him to die and go away, but he totally redeemed himself with this part, and you've captured it perfectly!

There's too much about this that I could say is beautiful, so I'll just give the main points; the flow of material is fantastic, your colouring is gorgeous, and the faint hints of enemies in the foreground is well presented. On the other hand, there's not much for me to really critique because I think this picture works so well as it is, but if I had to say something, it would probably be that I think you could have made Theon's face even more haggard, and his hair thinner/more brittle. He seems thin and weak in your representation, but I think you could have taken it even further if possible. Jeyne's expression too could maybe be altered; she seems a little more wide-eyed than scared for her life. Lastly, I'm not a great artist myself, and know next to nothing about lighting, but perhaps some more intense light and shadow could have added to the dramatic feel of the scene, though I know snow tends to just leave everything...a bit foggy really, haha.

That all aside, I like this piece a lot, and am glad I had the opportunity to see it. Good job! (Also, please don't think too much about the star ratings, I never have any idea what to put.)
