Kick your own ... entry-Merope

Even though your technique definitley improved in the second one, I prefer the old perpective more in context of the character. To me it looks more like a position someone would take (I mean, these "staring-dreamingly-out-of-the-window"-thing is nothing someone does in real life; at least not like it is depicted in music videos or films/ TV-shows). Her plain hair suits her character and even the somewhat stiff pose just let's it look more like Merope.

But in both paintings: well done
