Sorry but... 'Lost in Austen' killed me. best miniserie evah. XD
I still have to understand if the top moment was when amanda asked darcy "will you do something for me?!" *darcy absolutely fantastic all wet in the fountain* "I'm having a bit of strange post modern moment here *.*" "is that agreeable for you?" "oh yes! *.*" or when Elizabeth Bennet showed Darcy pictures of Colin Firth on google on her macbook.
I laughed from the beginning to the very ending of those 4 episodes... XDDDD
So, I had to watch for the umpteenth time the bbc version with colin firth.
So I'm in Austen mood and I had to draw Lizzy and Darcy.

Of course they are MY lizzy and darcy, this is not a portrait of colin firth or the pretty actor who's darcy in Lost in Austen nor Laurence olivier or.... well, you catched the idea.

I love your drawing, but I honesty wasn't a fan of Lost in Austin. The miniseries actually made Darcy seem like the weaker individual and Wickham being the stronger character. I actually felt that Amanda should have ended up with Wickham instead. I just thought that many of the Austin's characters in the miniseries were out of character. Also, there was the plot hole of Darcy telling Amanda that he couldn't be with her because she wasn't a maid, but then at the end of the series her virginity status wasn't an issue anymore. But the fountain scene was amazing, I laughed through the whole scene.
