theeeon! <3 XD by the way I think Jon isn't hot for the simple reason that I don't find him hot. in the book or in the series. Well no, a bit in the series... I confess: I was more focused on Theon and Robb. XD
Really? Well I don't like him mostly because I am a Stark-fan and, to be honest, Theon wasn't as loyal as I thought he would be at the beggining ... but on the other hand it was really funny when he tried to hit on his sister ;D
Well, considering they slayed his brothers and kidnapped him from his family and treated him like an almost-servant not trust-worthy all of his life I really don't think they should have expected any different... I'm pretty convinced he didn't owe the Starks any loyalty at all because they certainly didn't earn it. ç_ç can you imagine? You're a kid and you're TAKEN away from your family. Put in an environment where EVERYONE despises you and treat you coldly, your best friends (Jon and Robb) don't trust you, not entirely (for a sin you haven't committed, btw), meanwhile you loose your identity (and at THAT age identity is really important) and you find out that you don't belong neither in your "adoptive" house nor in your own family anymore. He's one of the most realistic and human characters of them all.
I have to agree with you at this point. He really didn't have easy life and I also understand that tries to do his best to please his father etc. But when I think about it - Greyjoys are just pirates who kill and steal and rape and... well I really don't sympathise with that kind of lifestyle And I also don't like Theon's behavior... He simply is not "my cup of tea", I hope you'll understand it
I'm pretty sure none of the families in westeros can claim to be saints (not even the Starks). by the way, that's what is great about those books, all the characters are so well rounded that there's always something you might like and other might not. and viceversa!
Gosh so young...they have no idea what is coming. I actually feel really bad for them, one dies, one lives in the frozen north with only his dog to love, and one is a friggin' trader who keeps getting captured!
So lovely! This is closer to how I imagined Robb to look based on the book (no complaints about the HBO version, though, yum!), the shade of his hair and eyes are stunning. And their poses bring out their personalities very well.
I just started reading the latest book and, let's just say, certain chapters make this fanart heartbreaking. These poor boys and their lost innocence...
