You probably know by now I'm a HUGE sci-fi addicted. XD I re-read Ubik this week and I ABSOLUTELY had to draw regressing advertizing of Ubik. Had so much fun! (mostly because Dick's texts are wonderfully ironic and all the situation is so creative!)

I used TONS of references in this, mostly vintage ads of Coca-cola.

It's great to see someone who recognizes the influence and keen sense of humor/ intellect (paranoiac wondering over who's really dead, post-mortem shilling, and a sort of gnostic Dualism between Ruciter, the compassionate boss of Joe, and ****, the cruel and childlike demiurge) of (Phillip K.) Dick. Everyone claims that the three legends of Sci-Fi are Clarke, Asimov, and Heinlein. Well, I nominate Dick as the fourth.

Actually even though I find Clarke Asimov and Heinlein very good my personal preference fall with Philip K. Dick anyway. I can't help it, he reflects my personal preferences in everything! :heart:
