I love it! I hope you don't mind that I've used it as the wallpaper of my web. You can see it on www.serginator.com, and everyone that enters there, get amazed by your wallpaper If you don't want me to use it or something, just tell me
Oh, sure! Credits are all on the code, but I added now your address to the name of the jpg, so people will see the link if they want to download it but don't look at the code. I don't want to add credits or anything on the web, just as clean as possible, so all credits are on the code. Games where someone has helped me has credits too on the code
I don't like to put links on my web, I want it as clean as possible, but ok. A nick, as the little atrius on the arcade, is ok, but links... Anyway I'll make one of my own or get another one if I can, to keep it clean. Credits on the code and on the name of the files is enough I think, if someone is interested in the wallpaper, he/she will download it and see the link, or if someone is interesed in the code, they will read it and they will see the link... But it's ok. Thanks for letting me use it anyway.
(But if you insist on the no-link policy I can be up for selling you a non exclusive distribution license, you have paypal, don't you? we can arrange via pm)
No, it's seriously not ok NOR enough and if you're not up to put a link you're very free to not use my work. No one forced you to. I put my work online with very liberal terms of use and I've very few problems with the usage people intend for my art, all I ask is credit where people actually CAN see them. Not a nickname hidden somewhere only people who knows html would know how to look. Not a nickname even said people won't look because how many people have you met go to css source code to search for credits?!?! I need a link back to my portfolio OR my deviantart page.
Why people keep not giving respect to other's people works?!
I respect it, that's why I added the links on the code and on the name of the file in case someone likes it and downloads it. But I edited the image and added the link on the right-down corner before my last comment, see it maximized, or download the image and see the metadata to see the date of the modification
Metadata? Now I really feel insulted. I can't find ANYWHERE this link you're talking about. If I can't (and I'm looking for it) it means nobody else can't ('cause they of course wouldn't be looking for it) Please. Respect my rights and put a link where people can see it like any person with honest intentions would do. Not hiding it somewhere for a personal convintion.
I'm against paying for the bread I buy, but hey, guess what? I pay it anyway. PLEASE. a link. VISIBLE. or not use it at all. This is a site you're showing as portfolio, it's as if you want to hide that MY WORK is mine and let people think it's yours.
If you don't want me to use it or something, just tell me
Have a look at it. Hope you like it
